At ECC, health and safety is built into the way we work. It is part of how we plan, manage and deliver projects properly, not an afterthought or a paperwork exercise.
With experienced Health & Safety leadership, dedicated support and strong site management, we maintain high standards across our operations. Our accreditations include CHAS, SMAS and CQMS, and we use digital platforms such as DashPivot and SafetyCulture to manage, monitor and evidence compliance across our projects.
We are committed to continuous improvement and to adopting better systems, processes and digital tools that strengthen compliance, improve visibility and support safer, more efficient delivery.
We also believe good safety performance depends on good people, clear communication and a culture where individuals take responsibility, raise concerns and look out for one another.
From Planning to delivery - we take safety seriously
Every project is supported by suitable risk assessments, method statements, site-specific controls and ongoing monitoring. These are reinforced through supervision, regular briefings, inspections and audits to help maintain safe, well-organised and properly controlled working environments.
We work closely with our teams to ensure expectations are clear, standards are understood and issues are addressed early. By combining planning, communication and active site management, we aim to protect our workforce, support those working alongside us and give clients confidence in how our projects are run.
