East Coast Construction is delighted to have been the main sponsor for the Sailors’ Children’s Society Sports Lunch, a record-breaking event that raised £105,000 - the highest total achieved in the event’s history.
The funds raised will directly support the work of the Society, a UK-wide charity that provides vital assistance to seafaring families facing crisis. The charity helps deliver essential support including food, warmth and everyday necessities to more than 500 children across the country.
Thanks to the success of this year’s event, even more families will now receive the urgent help and stability they need.
The event brought together sponsors, supporters and high-profile guests - including former England footballer John Barnes and Olympic athletes Colin Jackson and Jamie Baulch, who made the day memorable and impactful for all involved.
